DELIVERY
Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. UK orders will be shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery within 4-6 weeks of being placed. If you require an order sooner, please get in touch to discuss. Please ensure delivery address is correct at checkout as any undeliverable packages will be subject to additional postage charges to the customer should they need to be re-posted.
Initial shipping costs are currently provided free of charge (value of £7.00) - Ruth Laird reserves the right to change this at any time. Any return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Ruthlaird.com is currently only shipping to UK addresses - please contact for international shipping queries - consideration will be made on a case by case basis.
RETURNS
Items may be exchanged or returned within 14 days from when the order is received.
Should you wish to make a return, please first email ruth@ruthlaird.com quoting your order number, name and reason for return or exchange. Return postage and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges and returns are only accepted for unworn, unaltered items in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are not able to be refunded or exchanged.
