DELIVERY

 

​Timescale for commissions will be discussed on enquiry. UK orders will normally be shipped on next day Special Delivery, however please allow up to 2 weeks for dispatch of in-stock items. If you require an order sooner, this is usually doable so please get in touch to discuss. Please ensure delivery address is correct at checkout.

Initial shipping costs are currently provided free of charge - Ruth Laird reserves the right to change this at any time. Any return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Ruthlaird.com is currently only shipping to UK addresses - please contact for international shipping queries - consideration will be made on a case by case basis.

 

RETURNS

Items may be exchanged or returned within 14 days from when the order is received.

 

Should you wish to make a return, please fill out the contact form quoting your order number, name and reason for return or exchange. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. 

 

Exchanges and returns are only accepted for unworn, unaltered items in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are not able to be refunded or exchanged.
